Significant steps achieved to date December 25th 2004 in addressing the plight of the ‘PROVIDORS’ all those who work at the dangerous sharp end to include the horses; left over decades to subsidise what is now termed to be the multi-billion pound British horseracing industry; whilst the Government the bookmakers and the racecourses have taken huge revenue and profit from racing, generated through the work of the ‘PROVIDORS’ and at the daily expense of the ‘PROVIDORS’. It should be noted that in the main these significant step achievements have been made by others ….. NOT…. those who’s responsibility it is to attend to set and uphold all standards within the Jockey Club Regulation and the British Horseracing Board Governance (noted to be Commercial only)
